Rooms can be rented by the month for studio or office space; currently several are rented for studio space
by Ohio University art professors. The light is great!

The auditorium and gym can be rented by the hour or day or as arranged for meetings, parties,
family reunions, graduation parties, basketball, etc.

Rates are reasonable and the use of the kitchen is included.
